Copper Lodge Hall is perfect for receptions, parties, or seated dinners up to 200 guests. The attached cocktail area is great for pre-reception cocktail hours or creating a club/dancing space separate from your main dining room. Just off the Bar, our covered patio with included patio furniture and built in stone bar, makes a wonderful outdoor escape for your guests to enjoy. The Board Room is ideal for small meetings and presentations, as well as gatherings with no more than 40 people.
THE MAIN HALL
The Main Hall is 2,722 square feet.
It includes 19 – 60” round tables, or 19 - 8’ classroom tables, and 200 clear chiavari chairs.
The room may be set in any imaginable configuration.
There is also a 10’ pull down projection screen.
Capacity: 200 guests
The Bar Area is 640 square feet and contains a gorgeous copper wrapped full bar.
This area is included in the rental fee of the Main Hall. This space includes our 3 big screen plasma TV’s.
Capacity: 65 guests (this is included in the main halls 200)
The Patio is located directly off the Bar Area through two sets of glass French doors.
The Patio is has a beautiful wood roof and is included in the rental fee of the Main Hall.
New to the patio this year is the addition of our outdoor bar and built in stone bench.
The Board Room
The Board Room is one 786 square foot room that can be bisected by an air wall
Moveable board room tables and plush leather high back chairs can be set for board meetings, classrooms, and breakout sessions.
The Boardroom is an additional cost to the hall or can be rented on its own during the week.

Audio Visual Needs
We are happy to offer the audio/visual equipment you may need to make your event successful! Copper Lodge Hall provides a variety of AV equipment needed to make your event successful! The bar offers three high definition TV’s that boast basic cable, as well as the option of DVD play, TV and DVD use, are included in your rental. Our state of the art sound system can play music throughout the Facility, or in a particular area of your choosing. Additional AV equipment is available for a minimal fee, including, projection systems, microphones and more, for pricing please contact the FOP Office directly.
How to book.....
Rental fees vary depending on the room requested and the day of the event. A date is considered booked when a cash deposit has been placed, and a contract has been signed. The entire rental fee is not due at the time of booking. However, it is due in its entirety 60 days before the reserved event date. Your deposit is refundable, two weeks after the rental, as long as there is no damage to the Facility. The owner shall retain all deposits in the event of a cancellation. All decisions on refunds are at the sole discretion of Owner.
