Capital City Lodge 9 Appoints Bishop John T. Coats as Chaplain
COLUMBUS, OH — Last night, the Fraternal Order of Police Capital City Lodge 9 Executive Board officially appointed Bishop John T. Coats II as Chaplain.
President Brian Steel praised Bishop Coats for his longstanding commitment to the community, noting his work as a passionate advocate for civil rights and his demonstrated respect for both law enforcement officers and the communities they serve.

In his role as Chaplain, Bishop Coats will provide comfort, guidance, and spiritual support to Lodge 9 members as they navigate the daily challenges of policing.
